This is a wonderful book. The troubleshooting section is particularly effective for tackling dozens of the common psychological barriers we all face when it comes to weight loss. Gets a little textbooky but ultimately there's a lot of good stuff here.. Not exactly helpful, but I guess 199 sounds better than 60.
No big deal, 60 ideas should be enough. If its cover design sends people away, that's a shame -- for Henderson and for the reader, who's missed an opportunity to get a LOT of great advice.. With that, I think I could have done better with my time and money.
I recommend Advanced Selling Strategies by Brian Tracey. I should know because I'm a member.
