The life, theology, and movement created by John Calvin was clearly laid out. This is a really great book with a lot of pictures and references to holidays celebrated in latino cultures. Her remarkable story was shown on PBS. The Guerrilla Team has done it again. They use the media to amplify the misinformation.
Through heroic efforts, the group of housewives and ranchers succeed in dowsing the fires of misinformation with facts. The book focuses primarily on southern France, the cradle of the Cistercians, and deals extensively with women's monasteries and the Cistercian's foundation myth's silence about them.
An excellent read and an essential book for anyone interested in the history of the Twelfth Century or the Cistercians.. Personally, I get enough violent stories in the news every day..
