I have an older version so maybe this has been corrected but I don't even see a page number so it is easy to get lost. I think the two parts are intended to satisfy hardcore academics and laypeople just generally concerned about black males, separately. And much to my relief and pleasure, this book does not go in that direction. Everyone knew what to do if you started putting on weight: eat sugar and desserts very sparingly, and if you were still hungry after finishing your dinner plate, be sure to have a little more meat but stay away from seconds on the bread, potatoes, or corn. Both are "abstract" and not "scientific" (most "Aspies" tend to be VERY STRONG in the sciences, and of course by definition are VERY DETAIL ORIENTATED). Although wide-ranging and informative, vivid illustrations and photos keep it lively and personal. I would have liked a couple of Aussie dinos included..
