Once again David has created a book that can be used by other artist as a learning tool. This is a book that my granddaughter wanted and it is just the right size for her. A decent novel altogether but it lacks Carter's magical prose and she fails to create a convincing post-apocalyptic world. I realize that in modern books, movies, video games, and television there is a lot of violence. As the authors observe, "Nikolaev began talking freely from the start.
