I love my book purchase. I'm sure following the diet completely would have even greater benefits!. I was delighted with this book for two reasons: one, it answered all the random questions I had from talking to bike owners or mechanics (What IS a desmodromic valve? How does a clutch work, exactly? Why is the exhaust pipe length critical to tuning a 2-stroke?). Brooks was brilliantly well done. The back cover states "A final chapter provides an inventory of tools and information related to GIS, covering web-based resources, current texts, and theoretical approaches and critiques of GIS". a+++++++++ Love this book give as gift to all new mothers. Also has a bit on ergonomics.. I realize now it was the Spirit of God, the Spirit of truth.
