G. Daniel Lassiter is Professor of Psychology at Ohio University. He received his Ph.D. from the University of Virginia in 1984 and thereafter began a two-year Postdoctoral Fellowship at Northwestern University. He was a Visiting Faculty at the University of Florida before arriving at Ohio University in 1987.

Some 85 million Americans are Millennials, whose birth years 1982-2004 make them part of the Millennial Generation. Great to meet the rebel ballerina in the flesh out on the desert sands and have this book as background information to her genius.. The author also failed to redeem Rhys sufficiently in my mind. Just because the educational system allows you to have a monopoly over these markets doesn't mean it is ethical for you to charge such exorbitant prices.. The main characters are likable and the story is told from both POVs, so you get into the mind of both Evan and Audrey. By page 12 it has already repeated (almost word for word) several points, for instance:
Page 10 - "If there were a way to force yourself to create great wealth, you'd probably want to know more about it wouldn't you"
Page 12 - "If there were a way to force yourself to create great wealth for your family, you'd probably want to kno
