The twists and turns are very well done.You start to feel for the various characters and they stay with you. I decided that Sharon Sala was a gifted writer after I read I'll Stand By You. Write-offs due to mergers having bankrupted the organization are not uncommon. The photos of the grapes are beautiful and the information is great. I also limit my diary to hard aged cheeses and Greek Yogurt and if I must, only Whole Organic Milk. Chapters are written in a topical fashion that to address specific problems rather than models. Professionals and students, read this book to figure out how to give your organization a voice in the crowded, changing information ecosphere.
